There's a box in the room that is locked. Why do the players of the game need to open it? The story should provide context for the activity and can help immerse the group playing your game into the urgency and purpose as to why they need to open the Breakout EDU box.
When designing your game, limit the items to the core Breakout EDU kit. Our Multilocks (both the ABC and Directional wheels) have 5 letters/arrows, so please provide combinations that will work with those. If you included additional materials for the game, please ensure that they are considered optional so that everyone with the Breakout EDU kit has all the things they need to play the game.
Upload your game resources (your PDF) into a Google Drive folder. This way people playing the game will easily be able to access all the content they need from one place. Please check the Drive folder's settings so that anyone with the link may view the contents.
Your set up video should explain the clues (not just the answers to the combinations, but how the logic is derived at) and be less than 5 minutes. The Set-up video should be uploaded to YouTube and be unlisted so that students can't google for the answers to your game.
